Attorney Solo Practitioner in Texas
I have represented corporations and individuals in most kinds of general civil transactions andcases involving real estate transactions, business matters and other financial matters. I havealsorepresented Home Owners Associations and created Condominium Regimes. The major areasoflaw in which I concentrate include Real Estate, Corporate, Property Law, Contracts, ProbateandBusiness Organizations, though I still help with most other areas of law in which my mediationand drafting skills are needed. I also have practiced in Small Claims, Municipal, CountyandDistrict Courts as well as Administrative and Appellate Tribunals, though I currently draft legal documents to avoid and possibly finalize litigation matters.

I have educated licensees in numerous Real Estateand Mortgage lending compliance courses. I also have been the corporate attorney for HomeOwners’ Associations. I have represented individual and corporate clients in many real estatetransactions involving the purchase or sale of both residential and commercial properties.
